Owl Cottage is a charming former farm labourers cottage, built in the 1800’s. It's situated in rural Kent in the small village of Guston, near to the town of Dover. The house has great character and is ideally suited for long country walks in the beautiful surrounding countryside.
The house offers 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower over bath, a cosy sitting room with log burner, television, dvd, freeview, cd/radio and dining area. Also a kitchen with washer/dryer, oven and hob, microwave and all other electrical appliances. The enclosed garden is attractive all year round and has a patio with seating area and barbeque.
People are welcome to bring a small dog with them that is well behaved, as the cottage is not large enough for a big dog. To take the stress out of your settling in we provide a welcome pack containing the essentials such as tea, coffee, milk etc and will be there to meet you upon arrival. We also provide a host of information on places of interest, walks and bike routes, ferries, pubs and restaurants. All linen and towels are provided and enough fuel for the log burning stove for the first few fires.
Access may be difficult for people with a disability due to the outside steps and inside staircase.
